Shine on Lipstick in Bon Bon
This was a very kind extra that the lady popped in with my purchase and it's a lovely brown, pink nude shade contained in a slim casing with a wind-up function.
It seems moisturising and quite long lasting from the first application I tried.
Although, I think it's too dark for my complexion really so will be added to the swap list.
But love how kind people are through blogs and swapping.
Rimmel Glam’ Eyes 180 royal gold.
I’ve not used this one yet but can’t resist the lure of a gold eyeshadow. It comes in the same formula to the taupe colour (below) and was well worth the £1.50 I paid. Both were brand new too.
Rimmel Glam’ Eyes 160 punchy taupe
This has swiftly become one of my favourite eyeshadows this month. It’s a beautiful blend able colour which is perfect in the inner corners of the eyes and over the lid.
I picked this up from a blogsale for just £1.50. I think these shadows cost about £4-£5 in most shops.
The single comes with a double ended sponge applicator which is a handy size and of good quality even though I prefer to use brushes for a more precise application.
MUA single eyeshadow in shade 20 matt (black) 3
MUA single eyeshdow in shade 7 pearl (earthy green) 2
MUA single eyesahdow in shade 30 pearl (bronze) 1
MUA single eyeshadow in shade 3 pearl (grey/silver) 4
I paid just £1 for all of these eyeshadows which is amazing. They cost just £1 each normally available at Superdrug and online.
I definitely prefer the pearl formula of these eyeshadows as the matt ones tend to be a little chalky and have some fall-out.
These eyeshadows are ridiculously pigmented for the price and are well worth a go.
Urban Decay lip junkie cools and plumps, in NAKED 3.23ml from the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette.
I spotted this little gem for just £2 and had to have it. Some people have said it’s got a boring colour but I like it, like a shimmery nude, pink which plumps and cools.
The lid screws off to reveal a little spout, perfect for precise application.
It’s a great size for a clutch bag, hand bag and not cluttering up your makeup bag.
I these lip glosses retail for about £14 in the shops.
Topshop lip polish in chiffon 3.5grams
This is quite an odd little product to describe. Its got the typical Topshop makeup style white lid with a mirror inside. The polish (tacky lip balm) is gorgeously pigmented and very smooth to apply.
It stays on the lips quite well and I’d be interested to try a few other colours although I haven’t seen them so maybe they’ve been discontinued.
I picked this up for £2 I think and have used quite a bit of it already.
It’s a very pretty girly item and I think they originally retailed for about £4.
Mabelline eye studio lasting drama gel liner 01 black
I’ve swatched this and it’s intensely black with a lot of pigmentation. I’ve yet to try it on my eyes and haven’t only managed shaky applications with other brands.
I bought it for just £2 without the brush it comes with in the shop though but I have quite a few liner brushes.
It costs about £8 in most high street makeup shops so I think £3 to see if it’s any good was a really good deal.
The liner comes in a frosted glass pot with a metal screw top lid and looks rather smart among the other makeup items.
What have you picked up from blogsales? Have you got one you think I should look at?
Sorry for the lack of posts, I have no internet at home at the moment.
Thanks for reading,
